• One bedroom apartments in the Grade II listed building
• Two bedroom apartments in modern building
• One bedroom apartments in modern building
• Two bedroom bungalows
• One bedroom bungalows

Cost of Accommodation
The cost of accommodation varies dependant on the size of the apartment or bungalow and includes heating and hot water.

Garages
There are a limited number of garages available for residents to rent, and these are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

A residents lounge with adjacent communal kitchen facilities is provided for the use of the residents.

A double room is available at a nominal fee for the use of residents' vistors.
